10 things for which I "like" MS

10 things for which I "like" MS

You know this one of our multiple sclerosis is a swashbuckling woman and has a thousand faces, say those who know her for a long time. When you summarize some of our symptoms and turn them upside down (or try to find a positive one in them), you find that sometimes it's not all so gray ... Do not think I'm out of my mind, of course, I'm not too glad to have them, but when You already have, then, try to find some advantages in the situation where you have found yourself not guilty.

Try to make a similar list .... actually it turned out to be very fun ....

10 THINGS I LOVE IN MULTIPLE SCREENING :)
  1. RIDGE - I feel like I'm cruising some exotic seas every day, and if you still wear hawaires and put your hat .... you're here ...
  2. TIRED - every day can lie down without remorse and spend more time with your pillow. My pillow earned it. I deserve it too.
  3. 3. INSOMNIA - I can look at the replay of all missed series, which are usually broadcast at night.
  4. INTOLERANCE TO HEAT - I have an excuse to consume ice cream, cocktails, ice cream cups and desserts that are used at high temperatures and is actually prescribed for that purpose.
  5. NAUSEA AND VOMITING - all of the above can consume without worrying how I'm going to gain weight. Inside ... so out of fear of anorexia, bulimia and other shit.
  6. DELAYS IN SPEECH - I finally have a way to stop and not complete words that would otherwise speed of light were fired out of my mouth ... it really saves me. When I did not know myself to find the STOP button for my own language, the multiplication made it possible for me.
  7. MEMORY PROBLEMS - when I find cell phone in the refrigerator, car keys in a microwave oven or milk - is always a pleasant surprise. Feeling irreplaceable. How else would you be so happy with the keys, cell phone and milk?
  8. SPOTTING IN SPEECH - You can not believe what cool new words you can think up ... maybe someday be included in the new Dictionary - MS Dictionary
  9. PAINS AND MUSCLE SPASMS - Everyone knows that I have multiple ... And my feet hurt and all that goes with it, and thanks to my public outbursts now really everyone knows. And now really no one really calls me to help with moving, transporting a couch or hanging wood.
  10. OPTIC NEURITIS - an ugly face to the TV screen finally blurred ... jupi. This is during the election campaigns of God given, I know that you envy me now, but no, you can not get my diagnosis.

Here are ways to stay positive with this diagnosis. I know it's hard, but there is no other way than pushing our life with the disease more positively and with as much smile as possible. Even when it's the hardest.

I would finish this post with a bit more positives. Multipla is not an infectious disease, I hope everyone is adopted, but laughter is infectious ....

ALL ABOUT MS (Part 2)

Types and course of the disease The course of the disease is different and difficult to predict in each person, but over time, as the MS shows certain regularities when the disease is monitored over a longer period of time, most patients can be classified into one of four MS forms. When determining MS forms, knowledge of the previous course of the disease is used to try to predict a further course of the disease. MS forms are: relapse-remitent, secondary progressive, primarily progressive and progressive-relapse form. Relapse-remitent form In 85% to 90% of diseased illnesses begin as a relapse-remitent form. In these patients, unpredictable seizures (so called relapse, exacerbations, mosses, and swabs) are observed, followed by periods when the disease recedes (remission) and in which the patient's condition returns to what was before the attack, and may also be left behind damage. When the patient's condition always returns to what was before the attack, it is usu

Psychosocial counseling is mandatory

Psychosocial counseling is mandatory People with MS are more prone to stress than other people. With everyday stresses of modern life, MS patients are still threatened by the diagnosis, which only falls into acute stress. As MS is an unpredictable disease, the uncertainty and anticipation of the next aggravation is a particular source of stress. Multiple sclerosis brings with it a change of image about oneself, relationships with family, friends, colleagues. In addressing these problems, the role of psychosocial support and assistance is invaluable. In people living with MS, the problems of psychological nature are more often related to the personality of the diseased, the reaction to illness, and the way of adjusting and reorganizing oneself according to the change that has occurred and which the disease inevitably carries with it, rather than being associated with the illness itself cause of the problem. MS sufferers face loss of health and this loss causes a very stron
